Reasonable price, clean room. Pleasant staff.
Lift out of order, so a long walk up the stairs with bags. Breakfast started a bit late (9am) and could be a bit crowded.

I was very happy with the fast replies I recieved from the staff when I called for questions. They were able to accomodate all of my requests for an extra day, (at a discount), and transportation to the airport. The staff of three were very pleasant and always available. The room was clean! And the bathroom had a large shower with adequate water temp and pressure. The location was in a beautiful area but without knowing the bus schedule, walking was kinda a pain from the nearest metro stop. But after the first day, it went smooth. I've spent many nights in hotel rooms in Europe and must say that this hotel was excellent for the center of Rome and for the price. Nice, cold air conditioning, and a yummy snack and fresh fruit for breakfast. Which you can also get any time of the day. However, the pictures posted are not what the rooms look like. No jaquard colored walls or bedspreads, but didn't really care. The beds, for a hotel room, were very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again.
Not much to complain about. Fyi, get the access code into the building if you decide to leave for a mignight walk, or you won't be able to get back into the building.

The hosts were extremely friendly and willing to help us - very different from most of the other places (lower-end hotels/hostels) we'd stayed at around Europe.

Clean room, friendly and helpful night receptionist, closeness to Termini, easy internet access in the room for free.
The breakfast could be better. Coffee and tea was served in plastic disposable cups (which are outdated nowadays). A small room used as lobby, reception and breakfast.

Thanks the personnel for hospitality and good mood! Comfortably in number and a convenient arrangement from sights of Rome! Good hotel! A breakfast though and not rich, but nourishing, большего also it is not necessary! All was pleasant, thanks!)))
Neighbors loudly closed a door, but such can be anywhere!)

Relaively easy walk, even with our luggage, to the hotel, and friendliness of the staff. Room was very clean, and the ancient elevator was pretty cool.
It is a bit hard to find. It is on the north side of the street, and the address was correct, but the sign is a brass plaque that I just happened to notice as I was walking along the sidewalk. That written, the huge wooden doors opening to the hotel access were really beautiful.

The shower and the breakfast at nearby bar
The room was small and dark and was absolutely nothing like the pictures the advert suggested. The general cleanliness was acceptable nothing more.

Since the very first day the staff was extremely kind and helpful, I was treated like family and not a tourist, and to me that is more important than many unneeded luxuries. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of Porta Pia, the b&b was very well located just outside the "centro storico" which made it easily accessible and was next to great non touristy restaurants for an authentic roman experience. I would highly recommend the Rosso Pommodoro, 30 seconds from the hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly, however not all of them understood english perfectly, but would go out of their way to try to by asking the other staff who did. Lovely breakfast laid out every morning, not cooked but plenty to fill up on. We were right next to breakfast room, but you could not even tell, there was no noise. Lovely bedrooms, though would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 pushed together. Very clean, new towells and beds made every day. Very near bus stop which had good links to main places to visit. Excellent value for money and would recommend to anyone on a tight-ish budget, we were very nicely suprised.
Only disapointing thing was not having a proper double bed, but for a short stay this is not a big deal.

The staff weren't over friendly...and we had a small problem with the code to the outside gate!

Very late check-in possible even though the reception is actually open until 10 p.m. Room: very comfortable, clean, quiet, a/c, free internet. Very good location, bus stop only 2 minutes away. Cannot understand why so many guests complain about the breakfast, it's Italy (so one should actually expect only coffee and a croissant) and for this price definitely ok. The hotel is perfect for a city trip. And we loved the old-school elevator:) Would absolutely recommend it!
